2-1- By visiting, accessing, or using the "Yseer App", you agree that you have read, understood, and consented to the collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal data as described in this privacy policy.

3-1- This privacy policy has been established to help users understand the nature of the data collected by the service provider when visiting, accessing, or using the "Yseer App" on smartphones or via the internet. It explains how we handle the personal data ("Data") we collect, how it is used and shared, and the options available to you regarding this data.

4-1- By using the "Yseer App", you fully trust the ability of the service provider "Yseer App" to maintain the privacy of your personal information, and we, in turn, are committed to maintaining that trust. This commitment begins with helping you understand the privacy practices and policies in place at "Yseer App".

5-1- This privacy policy does not cover or address any of the privacy policies and practices of users and/or services provided by companies contracted with the service provider "Yseer App" and/or users or suppliers contracted with them.

6-1- Any term not defined in this privacy policy shall have the same definition as set forth in the Terms and Conditions agreement of the service provider.

1-2- Do not provide your confidential information related to the "Yseer App" over the phone or the internet to any person or entity not officially affiliated with the service provider "Yseer App".

2-2- Use a secure internet browser with unused applications and pages closed on the network, and ensure that your antivirus software is always up to date.

3-2- If you have any inquiries or opinions regarding the policy outlined here, you can contact the responsible officer for (Data Privacy) at the service provider.

4-2- To protect your personal data, electronic storage and personal data transmission are secured using appropriate security technologies.

5-2- You must be 18 years of age or older to access and use the services of the "Yseer App". The age of majority may be higher or lower than 18 years in some countries and according to the laws of those jurisdictions. In such cases, you must reach that age to access and use the services of the "Yseer App". While individuals under 18 may benefit from the services of the "Yseer App", they may only do so through the intervention, supervision, and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

1-3- Principle of Responsibility: Privacy policies and procedures are determined and documented.

2-3- Principle of Transparency: Users are informed about the privacy policies and procedures in place at "Yseer App". Users cannot register in the "Yseer App" without accepting and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

3-3- Principle of Choice and Consent: The options available to the data subject are determined, and their implicit or explicit consent is obtained as needed regarding the collection, use, and/or disclosure of their data.

4-3- Principle of Data Minimization: The collection of personal data is limited to the minimum amount necessary to achieve the specified purposes.

5-3- Principle of Data Access: Means are provided for the data subject to access, review, and request updates and corrections to their personal data.

6-3- Principle of Data Disclosure Limitation: The disclosure of personal data to external parties is restricted to the purposes specified in this privacy policy and the Terms and Conditions agreement, for which the data subject has provided their implicit or explicit consent as needed.

7-3- Principle of Data Security: Personal data is protected from leakage, damage, loss, theft, misuse, modification, or unauthorized access.

8-3- Principle of Data Quality: Personal data is retained accurately, completely, and directly related to the purposes specified in the privacy notice.

9-3- Principle of Monitoring and Compliance: Compliance with the privacy policies and procedures in "Yseer App" is monitored.

1-4- All parties, according to the Terms and Conditions agreement and this privacy policy, have the right to participate in the data sharing process, and some of them have the authority to view, obtain, and use this data.

2-4- Data is shared for legitimate purposes based on legal or justified practical needs; aiming to achieve a public interest without causing harm to national interests, entities' activities, individuals' privacy, or environmental safety, except for data and entities excluded according to the regulations and laws and official instructions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

3-4- All parties involved in the data sharing process must provide all necessary information for data exchange, including: the required data, the purpose of collection, means of transfer, storage methods, controls used to protect it, and disposal mechanisms.

4-4- All parties involved in the data sharing process are responsible individually and according to their dealings and jurisdiction regarding decisions related to data sharing and processing in accordance with the specified purposes, and ensuring the application of the security controls stipulated in the data sharing agreement, and the relevant regulations, legislation, and policies.

5-4- All parties involved in data sharing must apply appropriate security controls to protect data and share it in a secure and reliable environment in accordance with relevant regulations and legislation, and in accordance with what is issued by the concerned and competent authorities.

6-4- Suppliers and service providers we deal with for the purpose of processing personal data and/or implementing "Yseer App" services, on behalf of the service provider and in accordance with the service provider's privacy policy and other appropriate security and confidentiality measures, also have the right.

7-4- The general or specific successor in the ownership of the service provider or its business or in any serious discussions about such a possibility with potential new owners, in this regard, if the ownership of the service provider company or all or part of its business changes or a reorganization of its business or any other action or transfer or merger or spin-off of any transfers between entities affiliated with "Yseer App" occurs, you acknowledge and accept that we may need to transfer your personal data to the relevant third party as part of any process for the purpose of analyzing any proposed sale offer or reorganization to the new owner, we may also need to transfer your personal data to the reorganized entity or third party after the sale or reorganization of your personal data for use for the same purposes outlined in the privacy policy.

8-4- The service provider has the right, in order to protect its users and/or any third party, and as required or permitted by law, to impose the necessary conditions for the services, including investigating potential violations and sharing data in accordance with the Terms and Conditions agreement and this privacy policy with judicial and quasi-judicial authorities and other users and/or third parties in order to protect our business and customers from any harm related to rights and property or even their safety.

1-5- Any data provided by users to "Yseer App", including the following: -

1-1-5- Account information where data provided by users is collected when creating or updating their accounts in "Yseer App", or when they make requests through the payment process, including but not limited to first name, last name, email, phone number, login name, password, address, profile picture, payment or banking information (including relevant payment verification information), and user settings.

2-1-5- Identity verification documents and images: - This includes government-issued identification cards such as national ID or residency, as well as driver's licenses for driver accounts and commercial records for merchant customer accounts (which may contain images, identification numbers, date of birth or creation, gender, and nationality).

3-1-5- Documents, images, and additional requirements information specified in the Terms and Conditions agreement for merchant customers for the purpose of documenting the store account, including personal photo documents and/or freelance work license and/or commercial register and/or tax certificate and/or for delivery service partner drivers, including also information and images of driving license and/or vehicle license and/or vehicle images and/or transportation means data and images.

4-1-5- The service provider "Yseer App" may request background check information for delivery service drivers, including information sent during the process of submitting requests to join the delivery service, such as a certificate of no criminal record or its equivalent, as permitted by law.

5-1-5- Demographic data: - We collect demographic data such as date of birth/age, gender, or job when necessary to activate certain features or provide access to age-restricted products or services. We also collect data such as users' dates of birth or ages to verify their eligibility to use "Yseer App".

6-1-5- We may also collect demographic data, such as age group and number of family members, through user surveys.

7-1-5- User content: - We collect data (including chat logs) and may also collect (call recordings) when users contact "Yseer App" customer support service in cases other than external customer support centers, in which case their privacy policies should be reviewed. We also collect user ratings, comments, restaurants or stores, or users who use features that allow them to upload content or send recordings (including in-app audio recordings or camera recording dashboards), or communicate with "Yseer App" customer service.

2-5- Any data generated during the use of our services and stored in the technical repository, including the following: -

1-2-5- Driver location data: - We collect precise and approximate location data from drivers' mobile devices when the Yseer App is running on the device interface (when the app is open and visible on the screen) or in the background (when the app is open but not visible on the screen) when drivers allow "Yseer App" to do so through their device settings.

2-2-5- Location data (for customers): - We collect precise or approximate location information or both from mobile devices for pickup and delivery locations when customers allow "Yseer App" to do so through their device settings.

3-2-5- "Yseer App" collects this data from the time the service is requested until the end, and at any time the app is running on the device interface (when the app is open and visible on the screen), when customers allow "Yseer App" to do so through their device settings.

4-2-5- Customers may access and use "Yseer App" without enabling location data collection from mobile devices, however, this may affect certain features in "Yseer App" and may restrict and/or hinder access to some services within "Yseer App". For example, a customer who has not allowed precise location data collection must manually enter the pickup or delivery address.

5-2-5- In addition, the precise location data we collect from the driver's device during the delivery service may be linked to the merchant customer or buyer customer account, even if the passenger has not allowed precise location data collection from their device. This data is used for purposes such as customer support, monitoring fraudulent activities, insurance coverage, litigation procedures, and issuing receipts and/or alerts.

6-2-5- Transaction information: - We collect transaction information related to the use of services, including the type of services requested or provided, and their details (such as date and time, requested pickup or delivery addresses, distance traveled, items requested), and payment transaction information (such as store or restaurant name and location, amount paid, payment method). We also link the user's name to any person using the promotional code provided to them.

7-2-5- Usage data: - We collect data on how users interact with our services. This data includes login dates and times, app features or pages viewed, browser type, app crashes, and other system activities.

8-2-5- Communication data: - We collect data related to communications between the service provider and users when activated through "Yseer App", including the type of communication (phone, text message, or in-app message) and date/time and content (including call recordings only when users are notified of the recording in advance).

9-2-5- Questions, inquiries, or feedback left by users, including your email address when inquiring or requesting information about a specific service, or when providing additional information using any means of communication with the service provider "Yseer App", whether electronic or non-electronic, such as requesting an inquiry through "Yseer App", we will use your email address to respond to inquiries. The service provider may also save users' email addresses and messages and responses provided regarding those inquiries for quality control purposes.

1-9-6- Using location data to navigate to pickup and delivery points, calculate estimated arrival time, and track the progress of the transportation service.

2-9-6- Activating features that include data sharing, such as sharing the driver's first name and transportation information to facilitate meeting processes, or features that allow sharing estimated arrival time and transferring service value.

3-9-6- Matching available driver data with users requesting services, based on personal data such as location and proximity to other users and user settings/preferences (such as preferred destinations), and non-personal data such as the type of transportation required.

4-9-6- Calculating delivery service prices, including using location data and service request details (such as meeting addresses and pickup and delivery locations). We may also consider non-personal data or factors including date and time, distance, estimated time, minimum base fare, traffic fees, taxes, and fees.

10-6- To process payments and enable payment products and electronic payments.

11-6- To customize user accounts. For example, we may provide personalized suggestions for stores and/or restaurants and/or products and/or goods and/or meals for order recipients based on their previous orders and delivery location.

12-6- To provide users with updates on the services provided and create and send receipts, invoices, and notifications.

13-6- To perform necessary operations to maintain our services, including detecting and fixing software and operational issues.

14-6- The service provider conducts the aforementioned activities to maintain safety and security and to protect against fraud. We use data to help maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our services and users, including the following:

1-14-6- Verifying user accounts or identities or their compliance with safety requirements, for example, the service provider may request additional requirements from drivers (including a certificate of no criminal record where required or permitted by law) to verify their identities and eligibility to provide delivery services.

2-14-16- Using ratings and comments provided by users or reported issues or incidents, God forbid, to encourage safe use of "Yseer App" and compliance with the Terms and Conditions agreement as justification for deactivating users with low ratings.

15-6- Customer support service: - We use the data we collect (which may include call recordings, chat logs, and in-app audio recordings) to provide customer support, including investigating user issues and attempting to resolve them, and monitoring and improving customer support team responses and operations.

16-6- Conducting research and development: We use data for analysis, machine learning, development, research, and testing of products, which helps us make our services suitable for the largest number of users and easier to use, enhance safety and security in our services, and develop new services and features.

17-6- Means of communication between users may be provided, for example, a driver may contact one of the parties to the sale process or send a text message to confirm the meeting location, and a merchant customer or buyer customer may contact the driver to retrieve a lost item, or the store may contact the buyer customer to obtain information about their order.

18-6- Marketing and advertising: - The service provider uses data (excluding "Guest Users" data) to market its services, including using this data for the following:

1-18-6- Sending emails, text messages, push notifications, in-app messages, or other marketing or advertising communications for "Yseer App" products, services, features, special offers, promotional offers, contests, news, and events, for example, we may send push notifications indicating users' favorite destinations, stores, or restaurants, or in-app messages offering discounts or promotional offers for products or items similar to those previously ordered by the user.

2-18-6- Displaying "Yseer App" advertisements on external apps or websites.

3-18-6- Displaying external advertisements in "Yseer App" or in the context of providing our services, for example, we display advertisements for stores or restaurants available in "Yseer App", and these advertisements (referred to as "Sponsored Ads" in "Yseer App") include recommendations customized based on users' locations and their previous order history. We also display advertisements for external products not available on "Yseer App", and we also provide advertisements customized based on data related to users' delivery requests, including order time and services requested. For example, if a user requests a ride to a store, we may display in-app advertisements for external products that may be available in that store. We also measure the effectiveness of "Yseer App" advertisements and external advertisements displayed in "Yseer App" or in the context of providing our services.

19-6- Legal procedures and requirements: - We may use data to investigate claims or disputes related to the use of "Yseer App" services or to resolve them, or to fulfill requirements under regulations and laws, or in accordance with legal procedures or government requests, including law enforcement requests.

1-7- The service provider retains stored personal data in accordance with general archival practices and as required or permitted by national regulations and laws.

2-7- The service provider stores and retains user personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes outlined in the privacy policy. However, if national regulations and laws require the retention of user personal data for a longer period or if user personal data is required to confirm legal claims or defend them or for judicial reasons or requirements from competent authorities, we will retain user personal data until the end of the relevant retention period or until the claims in dispute are resolved.

3-7- If you use "Yseer App" directly or send us an email through one of the pages or tools of "Yseer App" providing us with your data, you fully agree to the storage, processing, and use of that data. We reserve the right at all times to disclose any information to the competent authorities when necessary.

4-7- To maintain and preserve user rights and the confidentiality of "Yseer App" user information, we make every effort to provide a high-quality service. To achieve this, users must comply with and adhere to the following:

1-4-7- Users of "Yseer App" services must regularly review the privacy policy when any updates are made to it.

2-4-7- The user is solely responsible for the completeness, accuracy, and truthfulness of the data and documents they send through and/or during "Yseer App".

1-8- "Yseer App" may include links to service providers or other websites on the internet. Or advertisements from other sites such as Google AdSense, and we are not responsible for the data collection methods of those sites. You can review the privacy policies and contents of those sites accessed through any link within this site.

1-9- The service provider "Yseer App" may modify any of the terms and conditions of the privacy policy, and these modifications shall be effective and enforceable as of the date of their publication in "Yseer App" and the official website of the service provider.

1-10- Based on the Terms and Conditions agreement, the service provider "Yseer App" may provide any necessary data and/or information and/or documents related to any user to claims settlement companies or insurance companies or other parties to the transaction within "Yseer App" (including external independent driver partners cooperating with the app) and (merchant customers/stores) and (buyer customers) in the event of a complaint and/or claim and/or lawsuit and/or dispute and/or disagreement which may include a regulatory violation or cybercrime or an incident that may occur, God forbid, between users and an external service provider and/or others where this information or data is necessary to settle the complaint and/or claim and/or lawsuit and/or dispute and/or disagreement.

2-10- The service provider "Yseer App" will never sell, trade, rent, or disclose any data for the benefit of any third party or its affiliated sites for marketing purposes for its own benefit without obtaining your prior consent unless it is based on collective data used for statistical and research purposes without including any data that can be used to identify you. Personal data will only be disclosed in the event of an order issued by the competent authority or judicial authority within Saudi Arabia or a regulatory authority outside Saudi Arabia without prejudice to international agreements and national regulations and laws and in accordance with what is stipulated in the Terms and Conditions agreement.

1-1-11- You have the right to access your personal data that we retain in accordance with the rules and procedures stipulated in the regulating legislation. When submitting a request, we will provide you with any statement of your personal data that we process. The more specific you are about what you are looking for, the faster and more effectively we can respond to your request. This right also allows you to understand how your personal data is used and verify its legality. However, please note that your access to such data may be restricted under certain circumstances; such as if restricting access is necessary to protect you or others from harm. These restrictions have been put in place to ensure that exercising your right to access personal data does not negatively affect the rights and freedoms of others or pose a threat to security.

1-2-11- You have the right to request a copy of your personal data that you have previously provided to us, in a readable and clear format, subject to some exceptions. This right allows you to obtain your personal information in a structured and commonly used format that can be read. This is particularly useful if you wish to switch services or control your personal information. However, please note that this right only applies to information you have provided to us.

We may also not be able to delete your personal data for technical reasons. Also, if you request that we delete your data, we may have to suspend your account and/or provide you with products and services.

It should be noted that if we process your personal data based on your consent, or if this processing is necessary to fulfill obligations, we will respect these withdrawal requests. 2-12- The service provider "Yseer App" may send notifications, correspondence, and notices by sending a general notice regarding the services, or by sending an email to the email address registered in the user's account, or by sending a written letter by regular mail to the user's address registered in their account.

3-12- Please note that your communication with us should not include any sensitive data or credit card information and any personal data. Therefore, we draw your attention that communication may not necessarily be secure.

4-12- The data provided by you will be used to effectively serve you by responding to all your inquiries or comments by the "Yseer App" team or any of the service providers contracted with it.
